Park Plaza is the name of the prestigious commercial building being built next to LBBW at Ludwig-Erhard-Allee 6 in Karlsruhe. It is designed for restaurants and shops on the ground floor and offices on a further six floors. Like the neighbouring Park Office, this building also has an innovative energy concept including ventilation and air extraction systems.
